After seeing the new restaurant pop up late June, I have been waiting to give it a try. Admittedly the first time I was only expecting to go for a quick bite, not realising the first day of each month is all you can eat!
The restaurant décor is set up to fit the theme with industrial elements, I particularly like the lightbulb salt and pepper shakers! There are three floors and we sat on the bottom floor, I would definitely choose to go on the top if you can. As the kitchen is open you get a much better view of the chefs making the pizza.
As it was all you can eat, we decided to have a slice of every pizza, to get a better idea for next time we go. We did however on occasion have two of some pizzas, making it pretty hard to move at the end of the meal! The waiting team brought pizzas around the restaurant offering slices and alternated flavours each time. My top three were:
Smoked Balsamic- Sun Dried Tomato, Fresh Spinach, Balsamic Vinegar, Mozzarella, Smoked Mozzarella
Funghi- Prosciutto, Mushroom, Mozzarella
Classic Pepperoni- Pepperoni, Mozzarella
They have a good range of bottled beers with Brooklyn Lager on tap, this suits the pizza perfectly! You couldn’t have asked for more friendly and attentive staff. They really went out of their way to make sure we got to try everything we wanted and the pizza was never in short supply.
If you are up for a bit of fun they have their own food challenge! Eat a 20 inch pepperoni pizza in 20 minutes, but I wouldn’t fancy your chances as they had the Saints in the other week and even they couldn’t manage it.
Will definitely be back here again for the Smoked Balsamic Pizza!
